I was initially brought in for a 1:1 interview and was actually interviewed by the hiring manager and also their peer. Over the next two weeks I had several phone interview with various people on the team and other managers. About two weeks after the final interview I was contacted by the HR recruiter and made an offer.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Wilmington, DE (took 3 weeks)
Initial Interview on Campus. One on One with recruiter. Straightforward. Tell me about a time when... style of questions. Second interview was the site interview. In a room with 2 people, HR rep and Marketing Director. A few "time me about a time when" questions in top of questions about the company and why i wanted to work there. After about 30 hours of Q and A. There was a scenario question. I was given a situation and asked how to solve the problem.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Wilmington, DE (took 3 days)
We were interviewed by phone first, about two days after that, we were noticed of the decision to interview us onsite. The onsite interview consists of three half hour sessions. There were three candidates, each sitting in a room, and three hiring managers rotate to each room for half an hour. The interview does not feel too stressful. One of my interviewers was very funny. Chase in general has an open work culture(my experience so far).

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Wilmington, DE (took a day)
HR did the screening first and ask the ususal HR questions. Then I was brought in for an on site interview. I talked to about 6 people and all of which are very senior. None of them had any real challenging questions. The hiring manager had some hard questions

Interviewed Feb 2007 in Wilmington, DE (took 1 week)
The interview process was fairly straightforward. I was coming out of college and looking for my first job. The process was to have an initial interview on campus with a rep from Chase, if selected, you would then be brought to the main office to have 3 or 4 interviews with some more senior folks. All went well, were very conversational (save one interviewer who asked the cliche questions; i.e. "Biggest flaw?" etc.), and left me feeling pretty good overall.

Interviewed Feb 2009 in Wilmington, DE (took a day)
Resume sent....got phone call. Phone interview -- "we'll be in touch". A month+ passed, assumed it was a moot point. Then got a call about scheduling an in person interview. It took a few weeks for details to be worked out. When tn the scheduler called it felt pretty much hurry up "need to do it now."
Flown in / put up in hotel overnight. No reimbursement for incidentals (dinner at hotel, parking at airport).
Interviewed with 5 different people. Usual types of questions. Lots of focus on leadership style.
Offices were generally large. Overall office condition reflected years of remodels -- each floor had a different look / feel.
Overall the interviewers were pretty relaxed. Corporate culture came across as results oriented, but relaxed. No stuffed shirts / false formality. Dress was business casual --- khakis / shirts, no jackets
