Interview Details – Well, I was referred by my University, which is regarded very high at JSW. So in a way, the interview was a formality. But the HR head succeeded in persuading me to join a department of his choice and not mine. Although the grade offered was ok with me, but salary offered was of lower grade. They didn't consider my experience at all. But there is no way of knowing all these things.

Negotiation Details – Well I accepted what was offered in good faith. You should do due diligence about the offered Grades and Salaries before coming to negotiation table.
Other Details - I applied through campus recruiting and the process took a day.
