Interviewed Aug 2011 in New York, NY (took 2 weeks)
Seemed to go smoothly - very professional.
They have a very nice office space.
I was impressed with everyone on the team - account people, creatives, planner. Only the HR person seemed a bit cold and uptight.
But then again, she scheduled all the interviews. I had 5 in total.

Reason for Declining
My company counter-offered. Seemed like JWT was also going through turmoil at the time and I wasn't sure I wanted to join an agency in chaos.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took a day)
I replied to a posting via linked in and was contacted a week later by HR. I originally spent 3 weeks interviewing with one account team, and unfortunately they went with another candidate. However, the individuals I met with recommended me to another account team, who invited me in to interview on a Thursday and offered me the job on the spot.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) (took a day)
I applied at the agency for the position of an intern (Account management) through email, and was invited for an interview shortly after (I was located in Germany and flew to Dubai for an interview!). I was interviewed by the Account Director on the Brand team I was initially supposed to work at. The interview went smoothly and ended quite positive, even with a definite "yes". A few weeks later, after not hearing from the agency, I got in contact again, turned out that the former HR Manager and Account Director who interviewed me left the agency, so I was pretty lost and scared that the granted position was void. Fortunately the new MD picked up my case and made sure i was assigned to a team and were clear about the rest.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Atlanta, GA (took 3 weeks)
They reached out to me, found me through LinkedIn. Met with CD and Managing Partner during two different visits. Had a few phone calls with HR director and other stakeholders. All in all, the process took a few weeks. Offer was pretty solid, benefits were pretty well laid out. Wished I'd asked more pointed questions during the interview. A few "surprises" when I started.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in New York, NY (took 2 days)
Met a few people, but no one seemed to know how to describe the "new" position or give a salary range. Di not like the HR people at all. Too clinical and very disorganized. I wouldn't take the job if it were offered. It would be like going from the frying pan and directly into the fire. Not worth it, even tho this is a prestigious company.

Interviewed Jun 2008 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took 2 days)
Mixture of 1:1 and panel interviews as well as group assessment work (they were recruiting for 5 positions). 1:1 was quite intensive, as was the panel interview. Groups varied in size and involved a lot of work in which candidates were quietly observed before having to finish with a presentation. No roles were assigned so there was quite a lot of autonomy.
