The interviewing process was either one on one, or group panel format. All the questions were very basic; either regarding past experiences, skill set currently possessed, or general textbook HR interview questions that could be asked regardless of industry. Interview portrayed a great place to work with competitive salaries and work-life balance to lure the job seeker in. And then you sign on the dotted line and reality eclipses those portrayals.

I was able to negotiate my start date. If you are considering working here ask what the pay and workload looks like upfront rather than signing on the dotted line and finding out the hard way.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
