My friend referred me to his supervisor and it was suggested that I apply online. I received a call within a few days of submitting my application and scheduled an interview for the following week. The interview was with the Director of Market Sales and the Senior Programmer, where I was asked a couple of technical questions and some other questions that revealed more about my character. I received a call later that day from Human Resources, where I was offered the job.

Had the initial phone screening with someone from HR. A few days after that, had a call with the hiring manager. About a week after the last call, had an onsite meeting that consisted on a test followed by an interview with the hiring manager and another person.

Talked to a HR rep, then went to look and see what an Internal does for 45 min. Was expecting to get an offer but did not. Overall I think that they were looking for someone that can just sell and did not care about any financial exp.

Jackson's office environment is second to none in terms of individuals willing to answer any question that you may have about the building or the company. Everyone works hard and is honest about working a full day. There is very little gossip. There is much room for advancement especaially among individuals that are hard working and friendly.
