The entire interview process took about 3 hours. I spent an hour with HR where he told me all the virtues of the company, but could tell me little about the job itself. Then I met with the manger of the depaartment who was cussing in a job interview ( very professional). Basically she came in and said 've never interviewd anyone before and that the last person left becasue they didnt include her in things. She couldnt even tell me whatteh pay range was for the job.

Interview was very laid back. More of a conversation feel rather than strict interview. Interested in what you know about the company and want to know. Interview more of a way to establish what type of person they're looking at and then in the work place they evaluate what you can actually do.
