Interviewed Oct 2010 in Tampa, FL (took 1+ week)
Two in-person interviews, once with a panel of developers and the CEO, another that was a panel interview with HR and hiring manager. The first was informal and involved skills review and survey of general interest in the position. The second was a behavioral / case-based interview that was more formal. Both lasted about an hour and a half.
