Interview Details – The position was for a software contracting role working in the infotainment system department. I was interviewed on a open day. Generally software contracting role interviews are easier than permanant based roles because the have a specific role in mind and gnerally only want to know if you are technically capable. the interview is also generally easier because if later they discover you are not capable of doing the job its very easy for them to get rid of you. They only need to give the agreed number of weeks notice.

Negotiation Details – Roles have fixed hourly rates
Other Details - I applied through a recruiter and the process took a day.
