Interviewed May 2008 in Seattle, WA (took a day)
The hiring process was very easy and basically consisted of 10 questions that were there to get to know me. It was easy, and I feel like anyone with a happy face can get hired.

Interviewed May 2009 in Woodland Hills, CA (took a day)
The interview was actually kind of long and drawn out. The guy asked me questions that (in my opinnion) had nothing to do with the job at all. The questions were pretty hard to answer on the spot and really caused me to have to think quick on my feet.

Interviewed Dec 2007 in Bellevue, WA (took 4 days)
I picked up an application in the store, introduced myself to the manager and brought it in that next day. It may have helped that I had a friend that was currently working there who put in a good word for me. That next day I had an interview.
I sat down with the manager and discussed what Jamba represented and why I would want to work there. Very friendly and casual interview.
Two days later I had a call back about the job (:

Interviewed Mar 2009 (took a day)
i was required to wait for at least 40 minutes before being able to speak to a manager, the over all interview was very quick, little interest seemed to be given to me, several employees made rude comments while i waited and the manager was no better. to on ones surprise i did not get the job though i was made to wait for so long while the manager ate a sandwhich and had casual conversation with employees 5 feet from me rather then just doing my interview.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in San Jose, CA (took 1+ week)
I was contacted for a management position at a local store. They changed the agreed upon interview time twice. The day of the interview I waited over an hour for our interview. They asked very standard questions, mostly about experience and what I would do for their company. They failed to answer my follow up questions.

Reason for Declining
The senior management team came off unprofessional and were unable to answer simple questions about job responsibility.

Interviewed Nov 2007 in Brentwood, CA (took 3 days)
I was interviewed once by a team lead at the store, then called back two days later and brought in to speak to the store's general manager. They asked me basic questions like what my interests and hobbies were, as well as my expectations for the job, and also asked a few more unique questions - like what I thought it meant to be a part of a team and how I felt a customer should feel when they walk into a store.
