I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Jane Infotech in November 2011.
Interview Details – They have multiple screening sessions. The hiring/account manager call was pretty normal and usual. They describe you of the organization, the opportunities etc. The second round was a phone interview. The interviewer was very friendly. Though the position requires fair bit of understanding of OOPS, you can choose what kind of questions you prefer to answer. I prefered puzzles and scenario based. He went pretty deep down and expected very detailed explanations. As such, it was an amazing experience....
Interview Question – If given an option, what steps would you consider to take to connect all the people in the world. What all current technologies will help you acheive it? Answer Question
