Interviewed May 2012 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took a day)
Simple questions really. Haven 't prepared well and outcome was a bit disastrous.
The interviewer was quite friendly and helpful with the process but the questions
depend on how well you perform, e.g., if you stuck on a simple question don t expect
to ask you subsequently a hard one. They gradually increase the level of complexity.
Interview Questions

Interviewed Jan 2012 (took a day)
First of all, make sure you don't dress up when you go into the interview. My interviewer had a basic polo and jeans, and even in a nice sweater I felt overdressed. He did a preliminary introduction to get the ball rolling, but we very quickly transitioned into the actual interview. First were the mental math questions (something like what does 1 million minus 2 equal to?), and then more involved math questions. Although I had a lot of experience in math competitions, it's been a while since I've done them and I felt the interview got pretty brutal. At the end, some simple probability questions were asked, and that pretty much concluded the interview. No fit or behavioral questions.

Interviewed May 2012 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took 2 weeks)
Submitted application, got email back for phone interview about a week later. First round interview went straight into mental maths, then some probability questions. Second round was harder probability questions.
Both interviews were late, and the second round had to be rescheduled due to the interviewer forgetting. Both interviewers were very friendly though!

Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 2 weeks)
The interview lasted four rounds before I was told I was no longer being considered. First two rounds were in-person at my university and in the surrounding area, while the third and fourth rounds were by phone. First two rounds were quicker questions about probability and estimation, while the later two went more in depth on specific problems.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in New York, NY (took a day)
I was contacted by the recruiter the next day after my application. The recruiter asked for some sample code from some recent projects. After I submitted the code for a couple of projects I had worked on, I was contacted for the first (phone)) interview. The response were very fast. My interviewer was very polite and seemed very smart.
