I applied online. The process took 4 weeksinterviewed at Jane Street in December 2010.

Interview Details

3 phone interviews, 1st and 2nd from London and 3rd from US office. Mostly probability questions, some mental math in the first interview. Logic questions were asked in third interview and some basic market making questions. Questions about expected value comes up repeatedly, revolving around coin flips and die throws.
