Had interview with center direct but since i was a prior client, they were very eager to have me on board. I was very empathetic to weight loss issues so it was a good flow of interview.

There was a phone interview then a one on one interview. The woman who interviewed me was so smug. When I walked in she looked at me like a threat. I saw her look me up and down twice. I knew from that point the interview was basically pointless.

First you complete an online application. A series of yes and no questions about previous work experience. Then at the end of the questionnaires you're asked to upload your resume then you will be asked to call a toll-free number where you will talk to a representative of the company. It is a lengthy phone call interview asking you questions like describe a time when someone told you about their goal and how they plan on achieving it and what types of questions you have asked them in terms of achieving their goal. I couldn't quite refer to that question. I found it somewhat non-sense. The interviewer on the phone was impatient and wasn't the friendliest, showed a lack of enthusiasm. By the sound of the lady over the phone, I automatically lost interest in the job.

I applied on line and then was contacted by phone for an interview. There were questions about how I helped someone in the past and other basic interview questions. It was a pretty lengthy phone interview. I was called a couple days later for a personal interview at the store close to me. I went in for a 1:1 interview with the Director and was hired on the spot.

They ask you the same questions on the phone interview as the in person interview. Mainly customer service questions, best customer service, times someone has complained about you and what happened. Also why you want to work for the company. An interview recruitment center sets up your interview and then they call you like 3 times with exact instructions for the interview and sen you an email. What you liked and disliked about prior employment.

The process was very comfortable, I was first interviewed by the Market Manager, we talked for about an hour and a half. She then ask to schedule me the very next day with the owner. The interview with the owner was very comfortable. She was upfront and honest. I was then ask to come in for a group interview and to discuss the pay scale. Each interaction was great.

First step is to apply on their website. Then you will get a telephone interview asking basic questions like "name a time at a previous job where you accomplished something above and beyond what was expected of you." OR, "have you ever done something on the job that pushed the ethical boundaries in order to accomplish a goal." After initial phone interview, a face to face interview is set up at the location. You are asked the same types of questions and then sent home. I didn't get the job because I said I worked in the mortgage industry and often times ethical boundaries get crossed. I can't lie. Its my greatest fault. Oh, by the way, I was in the office for well over an hour and not one client walked through the door. I wasn't convinced it would be a great place to work for a salary + commision position.
