Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 3 days)
Very misleading in that they post for one position but when you get there they tell you it's for something else

Interviewed Mar 2012 (took 2 days)
After applying online and "passing" a phone interview, I was scheduled for an in-person interview which included a client-consultant role-playing scenario. Both interviews seemed very scripted, and some questions were repeated.
The office was pleasant enough, but appeared understaffed. The interview started late because the manager was covering for other employees.
The consultant position pays minimum wage plus commission. The typical earnings I was quoted were $14-15/hour. Travel between offices, sales presentations, computer entry, phones, and stocking food items were required. Former clients have stated that they found the food to be expensive, so reaching the required sales quotas could be a challenge. I was told that the company provides 80 hours of training.
Based on the minimum-wage salary (not commensurate with the duties) and a perceived overemphasis on sales versus client service, I was relieved that I did not receive an offer.

Received and Declined Offer

Interviewed Jan 2012 in Houston, TX (took 1+ week)
Completed application with a on line test asking basic sales technique questions. Received immediate email giving instructions to call 800# within 24 hours. Called and completed a 15 minute phone interview again asking sales technique questions, a question about what would you do if you saw a coworker steal and why you want to work for Jenny Craig. Said I would be forwarded to the Center Manager who is in need of hiring and would receive a call to schedule an interview if that person is interested.I received a call 2 days later and scheduled an in person interview. Completed a hard copy application. Interview lasted 1 hour and 20 minutes. 3 days later received another call to schedule another in person interview with the regional marketing person. This interview lasted one hour. Many of the same sales questions were asked. How you handle other peoples perceptions of you, how you have helped someone reach a goal, how you handled a previous coworker that you did not like or get along with. 2 days later, received a job offer.
Staff very friendly, felt comfortable in the environment and sounded like good training would be offered

Interviewed Nov 2010 (took 5 days)
First there was a phone interview, then a few days later a face to face interview. I waited in the lobby to be called back and the supervisor who interviewed me didn't seem to know which office to choose. I was excited that it was such a quick process but that should have been a red flag. Turnover is really high and they seem to be constantly hiring.

Interviewed May 2011 in Saint Louis, MO (took a day)
My interview consisted of a phone interview as well as a 1:1 interview. If you pass those two, then you will go on for several more. Some of the questions were as follows:
1. what is your weakest skill.
2. what is the best/worst thing you liked about 3 of your previous jobs.
3. what is one thing you did in a previous job that was not protocol.
4. why you think you would be good for this position.
