My interview was a long time ago but it was very in depth and I was eventually sent to the shipping department. I thought I was going to be hired for the call center but I didn't do very well memorizing thier script for answering calls. It was a very awkward process.

I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Knoxville, TN (took a day)
I was called and they scheduled me an in person interview. When I arrived, there were about 25 other people there and we were taken in one by one. They asked average questions and then I was told to pick anything I wanted and I had to sell it to the interviewer. I did well and they sent me to the call center to do scheduling.
