I had a phone interview and then was asked to come in for an 1:1 interview. I interviewed with the recruiter, then with a Manager, after that interview I went to interview with the Manager of my department and then the Director.

We filled out an application onine and was called into the store to have a one on one interview. I spoke with the customer service manager and then the department manager about the position. It was a great position to consider
