I applied online and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Jobspring Partners in March 2013.

Interview Details – I applied online through a Craigslist ad. I heard back for an initial phone screen within 3 days as the position was urgent. Once I went onsite I met with the lady that I would be replacing and the Regional Director. they asked a lot of questions regarding my past experience and how I could apply it to this role. Overall it was a positive experience

I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Jobspring Partners in May 2014.

Interview Details – Initially applied online for posted position they were recruiting for. Wasn't sure about first impressions from first call, but got follow-up email asking questions. After some additional questions, was asked in for in-person interview.

Interview Question – No difficult question. IMHO, not very technical, just get to know you kind of interview you.   Answer Question

Technical Recruiter Interview

I applied online and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Jobspring Partners in April 2014.

Interview Details – Applied online and received a call about a week later from a lead recruiter. Initial phone screening lasted 5 minutes with very general/basic questions. Invited for a first one on one with the Chicago office manager. Didn't like him at all. He was demeaning my sales background and very unprofessional. I waited 15 minutes and he also answered a phone call (and had a full 10min conversation!) during my interview.

Asked for a second interview where you do a role play with Workbridge (sister company). Easy. I then met with the office manager of Workbridge where he pressures me into giving me an answer if they offered me a position. After a few phone calls back and forth I removed myself from candidacy at these companies

Interview Question – Study the material they give you for the presentation/role play.

What motivates you?
  Answer Question

Reason for Declining – Extremely low pay, no real incentives, did not like the people or office vibe

Very Difficult Interview

Program Manager Interview

Program Manager
San Francisco, CA

I applied online and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Jobspring Partners in February 2014.

Interview Details – Applied online then received a phone call / email from recruiter who discussed position for employer. Keep in mind Jobspring Partners is an agency representing employers not candidate. I submitted my resume and then told hiring manager went on vacation to Europe
for a week. Despite several strained emails and phone conversations I never received
a call from employer. My skills and experience matched even the 'nice to have'
This recruiter always rushes my phone calls and ultimately hung up on me.

Interview Question – Never granted the opportunity of a phone interview with hiring manager himself.
How should I represent you? This was asked by the agency however.

Technical Recruiter Interview

I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Jobspring Partners in October 2013.

Interview Details – I submitted my resume online, got a call-back the same week to come in for an interview. The 1st interview was with 2 two practice managers - more of an informational interview about the company. The 2nd interview ( next week) involved a business pitch presentation ( they give you material to study) and 1 -on-1 interviews with 3 three people currently working there. The pitch is easy enough if you memorize and rehearse the material you have been given before the interview. 3rd interview involved 1-on-1 with the higher-ups in the local office. Everyone is super nice and great to get along with until you get to the 3rd interview. The higher ups on the 3rd interview can be really tough. The crazy thing is tha they expect you to call them to find out if you're moving on to the next pstep of the process they won't call you back. First time I ever seen that . Also they dont respond to emails- only phone calls. I would say that unless you are a college grad don't bother on applying, experience working at other jobs ( for more than 1 yr) will count against you - b/c the leadership thinks you cant be as easily trained then.

Interview Questions
