The process took 3 months - interviewed at John Deere in November 2011.
Interview Details – Initial interview on campus 1:1 for 30 mins. A month later the company invited me out to their headquarters for a series of 5 1:1 interviews which were informal and very laid back. The particular department I interviewed with said they did target hiring so others interviewing may have different experiences.
