Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Moline, IL Oct 2010 – Reviewed Feb 27, 2011

Interview Details – I posted for an internal promotional position. The interview process was the same as the initial interviews to join the company. Four interviews, all one-on-one, asking behavioral questions. Since it was an internal interview at my facility, the process took about four hours.

Interview Question – Describe a time when you had to resolve a problem where you knew a superior was wrong and you were right   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – No negotiations were held.

2. Two rounds of technical interview followed by HR interview.
