I applied through a recruiter - interviewed at John Deere in October 2012.
Interview Details – Applied through email: the recruiter sent email through HFES chapter mailing list. Got the first phone interview very quickly, mainly asked about education background, and things listed in the resume. The first interview lasted about 30 mins. It is casual. Got the second phone interview two weeks later, asked personality questions. The second interview lasted 90 mins, which is pretty tough.
