The interview lasted about an hour. I met with 3 people that worked in the Fixed Products department and they asked me general questions about my experience. This was for a co-op position (6 month internship). I got a call a few days later from the hiring agency which extended me an offer.

Interviewed May 2008 (took 5 days)
The interview process was very easy. Once you passed the many questions of Human Resources, you will have a one on one with the department you are attempting to work in. That process will normally take 3 days. Once a decision is made, you are notified within 5 weeks at which time the backgroung check is completed. The offer is then extended over the phone. You are alos hired in groups; therefore, when you actually start work will depend on the general availability of all other new employees.

Interviewed Feb 2009 in Raleigh, NC (took 3 days)
Recruiter did a thorough prep on company -- 3 separate interviews, over a couple of weeks, and one to go. Interviewed with franchise owner, 2nd interview a week later, met office staff, & direct manager. Great people, intelligent & team oriented. The product orientation is a life insurance company that also offers financial products. Know your money goals, what motivates you, how management can help you reach your peak.
