I applied online and interviewed at Johns Hopkins.

Interview Details – The interview process was slow. I was contacted for an interview about a week after submitting my application, did a phone interview a week later, and interviewed about 2 weeks after that. THEN, they brought me in to meet the Dean but that was almost a 3 week waiting period.

Negotiation Details – They low-balled me on the salary, and I pushed back as I had another offer for more money.
