Machine Operator Interview

Machine Operator

I applied online and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Johnson Controls.

Interview Details – The Hiring and interview process was thorough and to the point. New employees were placed to that job that were the right fit. If that employee didn,t fit that position the were moved to a better fit of employment. Johnson Controls holds no punches. No Holds Barred Company. I would go back to work for Johnson Controls Battery Divison anyday

Machine Operator Interview

Machine Operator
Winston-Salem, NC

I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 1+ week - interviewed at Johnson Controls in February 2009.

Interview Details – Interview is easy, it's just the area manager and a person that works in the area that you're interviewing for. Doesn't take long, about 10 minutes or so at the most, and there were no really "hard" questions, just general info mainly. It seems that unless something goes terribly wrong, if you get an interview you're basically hired.

Interview Question – There really weren't any out of the ordinary questions.   Answer Question
