Engineering Intern Interview

Anonymous Employee
Raritan, NJ

I applied online and the process took 2 months - interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in June 2011.

Interview Details – Signed up on careerbuilder and got a sudden phone call by a recruiter a few weeks later. They did a phone interview on the spot with standard HR questions:

"Where do you see your self in 10 years?"

Went in to the site and got a tour of the facility. Got a phone call a month later saying I got the position!

Interview Question – How would you describe this position to a parent?   Answer Question

I applied through college or university and the process took a day - interviewed at Johnson & Johnson.

Interview Details – There were 3 people who interviewed me for 3 different positions. Interview was straight forward only 30 minutes each. They go through your resume and you basically explain everything and if you show a passion for what the position entails you will be fine.

Interview Question – There were no difficulties.   Answer Question
