phone interview was about backgroung check, behavior question, past experience
1:1 interview was about details related to job role, how to develop project if you join into the team
final round interview was Global inviational event which is lasts four days. quite intensive but enjoyable. you have chance to talk director, VP cross different secors in J&J.
