    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 dayinterviewed at Johnson & Johnson in March 2011.

    Interview

The first round interview was purely behaviorial, focusing on the resume and consisting of typical leadership or team work experience questions. The second round interview was panel interview. 2 managers + 1 HR form the interview committee and the questions became more focused on the skillset you possess for the particular marketing position. For the marketing position that I recruit, they want someone with enterpreneurial and innovative spirit.
