There was initial phone interview with the company with the human resource manager. thereafter, it was a 1:1 interview with the executive of the respective company. The questions asked largely pertained to your mobility in the region and also largely on your compentency in engineering. With its recent merger, they are actually looking for more experienced engineers for its expansion projects

Interview conducted from a multi-leafed sheet filled with open-ended personality, work-style, leadership quality questions. Most questions were past-tensed: i.e. "How did you learn from an experience" "How did you motivate a sluggish group", "How did you find the climate of your last job", "What did you like best about your last job", "What are your weaknesses" "Do you think holistically or compartmentally". Duration was an hour and forty minutes.
