Interviewed Nov 2011 in New Brunswick, NJ (took a day)
Applied through my business school's career management website. There were two interviewers from J&J that came to the school for the on-campus interview, we only interview one person for 45 minutes. He was very nice, asked to run through my resume, why J&J, why procurement, asked a behavioral question on a situation I was in in which one of my group members did not work well in the group and how I handled it.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Paterson, NJ (took a day)
I was selected for the interview after I applied online and on our school website. It was mostly a Behavioral Questions interview and there were a few questions regarding my prior work experience from my resume. The whole interview took one hour. I had ½ hour interview with one manager and then I switched rooms and the interview continued for another ½ hour with another manager. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I had high expectations, and I was pretty sure that I will get the offer, but I didn’t. The first part of the interview seemed to be easier, and I don’t think I had the chance to fully express my potential. It is important to do well on both interviews.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Piscataway, NJ (took 1 week)
Initially received a call from recruiter. The recruiter set up a 45 minute interview with 3 people, including the hiring manager. This interview included a few experiential questions, one or two from each of the individuals. It was a bit difficult to hear at times when they were speaking to themselves. The questions were fairly routine, but having 3 people in a room together and on the phone was difficult. It seemed that the primary concern was that it was a position that was below my most recent position. There was no additional feedback about the interview, other than an automated message saying they decided not to pursue my candidacy.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Newark, NJ (took 3 days)
Submitted my resume through university career center. Got called for an interview process in Atlanta. Lodged in Loews hotel where everything was paid for by them. (Enjoyed the tv in the bathroom. yeah extra tv). Eventually had a 1-1 interview. there were many students who had been selected from the previous process. Interview was mainly about leadership skills and what I would do as a leader in different cases. They are heavy on high GPA(I had above 3.5/4.0) and leadership concepts.
The interview went well.
PROs:
After interning there, I would say the people are very nice. Their perks are awesome. Got two free days and was paid on those days.
CONs:
I wanted to do some sort of software development but the IT intern role was all about just working with Excel and Shared Point.

make sure you are not applying for software development because you'll not be able to do that. all their major software development and coding are handled by 3rd party companies. Be yourself, dress professionally and articulate that you are a strong intelligent leader.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in New Brunswick, NJ (took 2 days)
The first round interview was at a job conference in California which was a 2-on-1 interview. They asked me behavioral questions and some technical questions based on my resume. The interviewers were very professional and friendly. Five days later I received a call for an invitation to second round interviews in New Brunswick. It was a two day event, with the first day as a chance to meet the current ITLDP'ers and the second day for interviews. There were two panel interviews, each with a 5 minute presentation to be given at the beginning. At the beginning of the second interview you are also presented with a business case you have to solve about how you would manage a technology team given a set of circumstances.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in New Brunswick, NJ (took a day)
Was interviewed one on one by a HR representative and was asked 5 behavioral questions, each covering a different category. There were some stops and starts due to all of my responses needing to be written down in a booklet, but overall it was a smooth process and the interviewer kept it informal and comfortable.
