A lot of behavior questions and every single line on your resume. They have a sheet of paper with tons of questions to ask, such as leadership, teamwork, motivation related questions.

Initial behavioral phone interview to assess cultural fit, leading to selection to assessment center that occurs annually. Assessment center consists of activities involving company culture (ex: group dynamics to decide what to do in case of a recall) and specific interviews with managers from all over the world (according to region of application).
