    Project Manager Interview

    Anonymous Employee

    Interview

Being an employee with 15 years of experience, and since I was not frequently involved in interviews there's not much I can add.
Many times internal recruitment is the first step, and the company does external recruitment only if no internal solution is found.
The work environment is great. My guess is that in US it may be a bit more political but in Europe is very good.

    Interview Questions

    • There's not much I can add, but this company expects hardworking, but the compensation is good. They are very strict about ethical behaviour of all employees. Same for environmental impact of their activities. Keep in mind these two: ethics and envirorment.   Answer Question

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at JohnsonDiversey in September 2009.

    Interview

Phone interview and group interview, which was very informal. Interviewers were pleasant and experienced and were able to provide me with answers to my questions. I thought the interview went well and I was well qualified for the position, unfortunately they gave it to a contract employee. I was a current employee, so that was frustrating to learn.

    • Describe a time when something didn't work out the way you planned. What did you do?   Answer Question

    Application

The process took 4 weeksinterviewed at JohnsonDiversey in February 2008.

    Interview

Applied for a marketing internship, but they matched me with a supply chain interview. Interview was panel interview by phone with questions asking about skills and past experience. Did not receive an offer from the supply chain interview but after about two weeks received a phone call offering an interview for the job I initially applied for. Received a personal call saying I didn't get the offer but encouraging me to apply again. They did a good job keeping me updated throughout the process and were professional and efficient.
