The interview process consists of meeting with the HR recruiter, then a panel of individuals from the department in which you are applying for.

Phone interview and group interview, which was very informal. Interviewers were pleasant and experienced and were able to provide me with answers to my questions. I thought the interview went well and I was well qualified for the position, unfortunately they gave it to a contract employee. I was a current employee, so that was frustrating to learn.

Interviewed Feb 2008 (took 4 weeks)
Applied for a marketing internship, but they matched me with a supply chain interview. Interview was panel interview by phone with questions asking about skills and past experience. Did not receive an offer from the supply chain interview but after about two weeks received a phone call offering an interview for the job I initially applied for. Received a personal call saying I didn't get the offer but encouraging me to apply again. They did a good job keeping me updated throughout the process and were professional and efficient.
