Interviewed May 2010 in New York, NY (took 2 days)
8+ interviewees were made to wait for about a half hour, then all were brought in to meet with the owner. He reviewed the company's history and briefly summarized the job description. We were then told that we would have a 1 on 1 interview (one at a time- that same day) for 1 minute and we had to answer 2 (or 3) questions:
1) why we wanted to work here
2) why we felt we were the best person for the job
(if there was a third, i can't remember it and don't think it stood out as much as the other two).
There were lots of empty desks in the office and the employees were not friendly and did not seem happy. When we came in no one that worked there greeted us or explained to us that we had to wait or who we were meeting with. It was very strange.

Negotiation Details
The salary was EXTREMELY low about 30K/yr for a job that requires experience in the field- but keep in mind and be weary that the current owners are professional promoters and make the offer sound like its an incredible deal- that and the fact that the job market is so terrible.
If you have experience- its not worth it, move on, you will find something better. They will not budge on their pay scale and you probably deserve better anyway.
If you don't have experience- its good to get experience and your foot in the door in the entertainment industry.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
