Interview Details – So my interview was pretty easy well for me atleast. Anyways I walked in and asked for an application and ofcourse asked if they were hiring and talked to the manager and introduced myself. The manager was really nice and professional. I am very bubbly and have about 3 years of experience in retail So i knew my way around the mall. I am a female 19 years old by the way. Anyhow she shook my hand and told me to fill it out and needed atleast 2 profesional references. I brought my application right away and thanked her for her time. She gave me a on the spot interview and set me up for the next day. The girl that interviewed me was a supervisor and she was great and so easy to talk to as well i shared my past experience and told her about myself. We talked about fashion and honestly it was like talking to one of my girlfriends. Ofcourse i kept it profesional and gave her examples and answered them with honesty. Well when we finished she told me they would call me back that monday which was after the weekend since my interview was on a friday. It took only took 2 days saturday and sunday and i recieve a call and they offered me a position. I was happy i love this company great place to work! (Jersey Gardens Mall ) btw

I applied in-person and the process took a day - interviewed at Juicy Couture in April 2013.
Interview Details –
Apply in store, have to be at least 18 to work there.
The interview process is quite typical for most retail positions. Group interviews are not uncommon and it's also not uncommon for everyone in your interview to get hired (usually 5-6 people), especially during holidays.. I received an offer the next day. They don't discuss payroll during the interview.
Interview Question – Nothing out of the ordinary: "Describe your your experience, why do you want to work for Juicy, blah blah..." Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Not a lot of room for negotiation. The Manager will tell you what they are offering and you either accept it or you don't.
I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Juicy Couture in November 2012.
Interview Details – I arrived about 5 minutes before the interview was to start, and had to wait about 15 minutes for the manager. Although the store didn't appear too busy, I assumed she had pressing issues to handle in the back. I was surprised at the interviewing manager's appearance. Her hair was literally multi-colored, and she had a ton of tattoos. She was also not dressed as well as I expected to be representing a very stylish brand.
Interview Question – Although I expected to be asked about my strengths and weaknesses, I didn't expect to describe three of each in detail. Answer Question
I applied in-person - interviewed at Juicy Couture in July 2012.
Interview Details – I walked into Juicy Couture and filled out an application of a part time Sales Associate position. I was still walking around the mall when they called me back 20 min. after I left the store. They quickly asked if I could come in the next day for an interview. My interview was at 4:30pm but I checked in at 4:20pm just to make sure they knew I was serious about this position. The supervisor greeted me with a friendly smile as did the other employees in the store. She then took me into an empty dressing room where I was to be interviewed. I bit strange but I guess they dont have an office. We sat down and got started right away. She had a clip board with about 5 questions to ask me. The first thing she asked me was to tell her about myself. I added in my strengths in the first question which flowed into the question of 3 weaknesses that I possess.
Interview Question – The interviewer asked me what magazines I read, in 3 words describe Juicy Couture, and asked me some questions on how I would handle certain situations. Situations such as a complicated customer and how I dealt with that. Also she asked me if I have ever had a bad and a good manager and why. Answer Question

Interview Details –
I met with the Director in March, was not offered the position until August.
In between I interviewed with 2 VP's, Design Director, Director of Human Resources.
In my initial meeting with the Director I talked about styles I had seen on the Juicy website that I felt were best sellers based on how many versions I found. Luckily, I was correct and the Director was impressed.
The other interviews were all focused on how i could improve product standards and profitability. Anyone who is interviewing for a Product Development position should be prepared to discuss negotiation, profitability and working with overseas factories. Also, very important is how you interact with direct reports and and cross-functional partners.
