Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Denver, CO Nov 2010 – Reviewed Apr 11, 2013
Interview Details –
Apply in store, have to be at least 18 to work there.
The interview process is quite typical for most retail positions. Group interviews are not uncommon and it's also not uncommon for everyone in your interview to get hired (usually 5-6 people), especially during holidays.. I received an offer the next day. They don't discuss payroll during the interview.
Interview Question – Nothing out of the ordinary: "Describe your your experience, why do you want to work for Juicy, blah blah..." Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Not a lot of room for negotiation. The Manager will tell you what they are offering and you either accept it or you don't.

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in San Diego, CA Nov 2011 – Reviewed Nov 15, 2011
Interview Details – I saw this location was hiring on the mall website and went in-store to get an application which I returned same day. This should be treated as part of the interview as well because the staff is like family and they'll let the hiring manager know what they think of you. Five days later I got a call from the hiring manager to schedule an interview three days later. When I arrived the girls on the floor asked me a lot of questions about myself and why I wanted to work here; they were totally friendly. I was interviewed with another girl and we took turns answering questions. It was super comfortable, more like a conversation than an interview. After the interview she told us she was looking for someone bold who could initiate conversations with total strangers to generate sales. I dressed professional, black flats, gray dress pants, navy blouse, and navy Juicy Couture earrings which the manager noticed.

Interview Details –
I asked for an application at the store, turned it in at the beginning of the week, got a call the next day to schedule an interview (I was never informed it was going to be a group interview). Went in for an interview at the end of the week. There were five other candidates. The manager broke the ice with the first question, asked the following:
1.Tell me something about yourself
2. Tell me about your retail/work experience
3. Why you want to work at juicy
4.Tell me an example of when you handle a difficult situation or a customer
5. Tell me your strengths
6. What makes you a good candidate for the position..or something along those lines.
From all the candidates, I was clearly the one with the most experience, I have worked in retail and customer service before. I have a college degree and I'm bilingual (living in San Diego and being able to speak Spanish is a major advantage!). Yet, I wasn't offered a position.
The staff is definitely friendly, but I have noticed the lack of diversity at the store. I would like to see more people of color working there.

Interview Details – I was sent to Juicy by Pyramid staffing as a temporary resort since I was currently unemployed for the 2010 holiday season. I never interviewed I just attended their orientation. Initially I was excited since it seemed like a fun place to work and I as I had 12 yrs. adming experience never tried sales before, I was up for the challenge. Most people welcomed me with "good luck dealing with these managers" I guess that was the foreshadowing of what was to come.
Interview Question – I never interviewed. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Never negotiated

No Offer – Interviewed in Apr 2010 – Reviewed Apr 27, 2010
Interview Details – I filled out an application and turned it in with a resume. I was called a week later and asked to do an interview. The interview went well, the girl that interviewed me was really nice and outgoing. Although they preferred someone with retail experience, the girl said it was her first retail job. I felt I did well, but unfortunately I wasn't offered a position.
