Interviewed Jan 2010 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
Initially, i had the telephonic round, in which i did not do good enough..but was asked to come for a F2F interview.
There were 4 one on one interviews, and the questions asked were the normal Java/J2EE/database related questions and i answered most of them very well..
The 4th one on one was with the director, and he asked some algorithm related questions...in which probably i was not so convincing...but still i think i had done good enough in the previous interviews to get through..
Reason for Declining
The offer was very good, with good benefits, but i had the chance to go to US from another company..it was a tough decision..
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed May 2010 in Bangalore (India) (took 5 days)
It was a nice process. I was told after successful phone screening that there will be 5-6 rounds of technical interview. I gave very good first and second interview. In third interview which was mixed of both technical and personal, manager told that they are going to make an offer to me if I clear next two non technical rounds with Sr Mgr and director.
They didn't grill unnecessarily. Gave a one big problem which was sufficient enough to gauge my technical, analytical and collaboration skills. and luckily I impressed them.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
They call you in for the day. Interview continues the whole day but that is because you spend 45 min to an hour waiting for the next round.
There are atleast six to seven rounds and in each round you have a technical discussion. It is tiring and at the end of the day, you have the HR round in which you are asked silly questions like "why juniper".

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Bangalore (India) (took 2 days)
Quite professional, technically sound and impressive rounds
1st and 2nd round: on phone primarily checking on your core competencies, in my case-R&S
On campus, 4 technical rounds-R&S, questions ranging from IP/Ethernet header formats, Private vlans, Tunneling, STP, Architecture, to BGP, OSPF, Summarization,
Last 2 rounds with manager and Director
Negotiation Details
Be honest, straightforward with your requirements, not all people are shady and not all are bad. In my case, Director was honest but the manager was trying to save money.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
