Interviewed Mar 2009 in Indianapolis, IN (took 6 months)
The job was a perfect fit. When I interviewed, there were not many employees there. They stated that they were at an event. Although I after running into a past employee at the airport they disclosed that everyone had been fired. Everyone was required to sign non-competes for three years, although you may be terminated after three months, thus losing your footing in the industry over a long period of time.

Reason for Declining
Employees were not honest about current financials or recent firings. Department heads continued to threaten me after I declined the job through their personal emails.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
