Accepted Offer – Interviewed in May 2012 – Reviewed May 26, 2012
Interview Details – Interview by VP of Professional Services and VP of Development. No HR team. Also spoke with one Software Engineer. Toured the office. Work from home option available and relaxed environment.. Good growth rate. Few levels to reach the top and substantial pay increases at each level.
Interview Question – What is forecasting? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Small company will low-ball you so you have to be extravagant in what you ask for and then hopefully they go up just a little bit :)
