interviewer did not show up. Another person interviewed totally unprepared to do so. Was told the original interviewer would be in touch. Then a week later, called by another interviewer who did not realize I had been to an interview and stood up by one?? The left hand doesn't seem to kow what the right is doing.

Several in person interviews. The HR department is one of the highlights of the company,along with the training department. Very good.

They negotiated with me well, and offered me good compensation.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Skills Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
