Interview Details – Low stress. Meet management and other key players that position will interact with and/or support. Discussion of technical experience and background. AutoCAD is a necessity.
Interview Question – Really didn't experience any strange or out of the way questions. Be prepared to travel. North America, Central America & South America plus the Caribbean Islands. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Fairly simple. 401k was matching & vested as of day 1, benefits kicked in after 30 days. competitive salaries with main competitors in the industry.
