The position was posted through a recruiter and the interview was with two recruiters. The persons who did the interview primarily used behavioral interviewing questions so be sure you have rehearsed some answers to those types of questions

KONE came to my university to recruit for a sales positon. The Interview took place over 5 days and consisted of first a phone interview and then a face to face interview. The phone interview was more generic of just conformation of what the person already knew. The face to face interview was more indepth open ended questions.
