Contacted through recruiter and was asked about the availibility and whether the pay is ok . I suggested to deffer the matter of pay as I do not agree on it (less than current). I received a phone call from senior recruiter discussing the pay and what is agreeable point. I was surprised as they were more worried whether candidate would say no in end just because of pay then trying to match up the resume and job description. They just asked have you ever used diagnostic tools said that would be called to schedule phone interview. They called after 2 days and wanted to schedule on same day even if it has to be scheduled at 6:30 PM , denied request for next day interview. Phone interview was completely based on resume and describing projects.

call for off-campus written tests usually done by emailing ur resume directly to the hr of\r referring thru any of ur friends in the comapny.
written test comprising C and embedded concepts. google for the company's interview questions and u'll get them.
technical round was sorta challenging. People know stuff and they can know how much you know.
hr interview on the same day if technical is cleared. not much discussion here. just the usual formalities.
usually, people know not to expect much and management follows not to offer much.

First I was interviewed for technical stuff and I cleared it
second I was interviewed by HR via webcam for nearly 1 hour - I think that was just a formality
They don't meet the industry standards. I have 4 years of experince, my final quote was 6.8 lacs p/a including 10% variable and I said I won't go below that, they were unable to meet ehe expectation.

Hi,
I was selected by the panel for BO process but they didn't call me later. I gave 3 rounds of interview, I was shortlisted from 2000 people,I stand under the sun in the queue for 4-5 hours(HR said "YOU ARE SELECTED"). After 2 weeks when I requested the status they never called me back. One of my friend was working in the company, I said him to confirm with HR, later it was founded that they have recruited me in some other process named "carbonyte". Still I didn't receive call for "carbonyte". After that I came to know that some of the beautiful girls with lack of talent were selected for BO process and the training was started. After 3 months of training when they hit the floor,,, company started facing escalations from high profile clients. Some of the employees got terminated as well...because of that recruitment started again. When I called the HR(Hrishikesh Chavan) this time he asked me call next day i.e on Monday 3 o clock and when I called him on monday.... Sirji switched off the phone.
At the time of recession two of my friends were kept on hold for 6 -8 months and at last they said we cannot recruit you because of your communication skills(THEY WERE SELECTED FOR S/W DEVELOPMENT ). WHY do THEY SAY AT THE TIME OF RECRUITMENT YOU ARE SELECTED...

initially i got a call from the company's recruitment department in Bangalore, then i was interviewed on phone, follwed by a 1:1 interview with HR. after which i submitted all my paperwork. the process was a slow one as it took more than 6 months to proceed from one stage to another.
