just first phone interview. If you pass the phone interview, they will give you online personality test. Then if you pass the online personality test, they will give you another phone interview. If you pass the second phone interview, they will buy the air ticket for you. If you pass the onsite interview, you are in.

This interview was held on campus. The lady interviewing me had just graduated a couple of years before and was now recruited students. She made the interview very conversational and was more informative than anything else.

I was applying for their udergrad scolarship. Basically I had to do the Reasoning test, which i thought i did badly as i didnt manage to complete the numerical part. but after 2 weeks, i was informed about an interview with them. It was a group interview with 5 other candidates, and there were 5 people who were past scholars there to observe us. It was a very laid back discussion, and it felt as though you are having a conversation with your own friends.

They were very professional throughout the entire process and did a good job of putting me at my ease. The purpose of the interview was to get to know my personality and character, so we mostly talked about my previous experiences and my interests. All of my questions about the company were answered.

One recruiter very outgoing and nice. The other seems a but unapproachable. Asked mostly behavioral questions, and answered with more information about the firm. Don't base your judgment of the firm based on the personalities of the recruiters. They are very different from the people that actually work there.

The people were very cordial and accomodating. it was a typical accounting interview; a mix of cultural fit questions with more auditing kinda questions and firm specific questions. Was able to interview with very senior people and who were firm yet fair. The technical questions were related to the three main accounting statements . I went to lunch with two associates that were good people.

It started with the skills test. Basically a MCQ on various skills such reading, mathematic, etc and followed by an essay question. All of these are done on a computer. It took about 30-45 to complete them all.
After that, a 1-1 interview with one of the senior partner of the firm. Asking the questions about my past, current & future.
