Interviewed at KPMG

Interview Details – Really uncomfortable, extremely formal with a lack of attention to your responses. Seemed they had their mind made up and were going through the motions

Staff I Audit Interview

Anonymous Employee
Lisbon (Portugal)

I applied through college or university and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at KPMG in March 2011.

Interview Details – - The first step took 1 afternoon/morning
First there was a day with some tests:
- mathematical
- personality
- attention
- and a case to solve individually
After the test were done, there was a group dynamic where we all had to come with solutions for a given problem.

- The second phase was an interview with a manager, around your CV, experiences and personality.

- The tird phase was an interview with a partner, around your CV, experiences and personality.

Interview Question – All the questions were the typical interview ones.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – No negotiation, just a take it or leave it offer.
