    There is a written test on your definition of what is Professionalism. It is followed by a round of interview by the hiring managers. You will be tested on your understanding of the job scope of the position that you are applying for, as well as any applicable skills that you might have gained in prior jobs and academic courses.

    I had one interview,it was detailed and very specific to my job role. I was interviewed by the company human resource manager.In one interview we discussed my role and negotiated my salary. I was hired in 1 week and started work a week later.
