Interviewed Jan 2011 in Melbourne (Australia) (took a day)
Called up for a initial phone interview. First question was 'Why did u apply for this role'. Wanted to know more about why the roles interests me rather than the company. Wanted to know about How many projects I can handle at the same time. Asked me to explain in detail about a Marketing project.

Interviewed Dec 2008 in Melbourne (Australia) (took 2 days)
Overall the process was quite simple. The first stage comprised of an IQ test and a written component. The written component required the candidate to review 20 documents (e.g. emails, contracts etc.) and to draft an email to the Partner in charge explaining the situation, the potential issues and possible solutions. This was to be done within 45 mins (some candidates found the time limit challenging). The second stage was an interview with the partner. I found it ok, not particularly difficult, in that i was not being grilled.
