Interviewed Nov 2007 in Guangzhou (China) (took 2 days)
It started with the skills test. Basically a MCQ on various skills such reading, mathematic, etc and followed by an essay question. All of these are done on a computer. It took about 30-45 to complete them all.
After that, a 1-1 interview with one of the senior partner of the firm. Asking the questions about my past, current & future.

Interviewed Apr 2009 (took 2 months)
A GMAT based aptitude test was held in March, passed. Got called for the first interview in April. Interviewed with a Senior. Passed on to the next phase which as i have learnt is going to be with a manager of my proposed department. Still waiting for a date though for the interview and thereafter the last interview with a partner.

Interviewed Aug 2007 in Philadelphia, PA (took 8 weeks)
I was very lucky, I only did one formal interview with KPMG, during my sophomore year in college. From that, I was offered a 3-day externship, that got me an 8-week internship, which resulted in a full-time offer for the fall after I graduate. I do consider the externship and internship to each be an extended interview. I really enjoy the culture and environment at KPMG because so far I have only met people honestly interested in helping each other grow and develop. Also, KPMG has a strong ethical standard, and a strong corporate social responsibility program. If you enjoy volunteerism and people who are passionate inside and outside the office, KPMG may be a good match for you. It would also serve you well to discuss with them the things you are passionate about, especially any volunteer and/or leadership experience you may have. Or, you could discuss why you would like to have those opportunities if you haven't so far.

Negotiation Details
I was very happy with my offer, but also felt that negotiations were not an option for me. I did not have any other offers at the time, and did not pursue any by applying to multiple companies. However, even without negotiating, I was offered a generous package that is very much in line with the market for this line of work.
