Interview Details – Within a week of sending in my resume, I was called in for an interview. The recruiter was very kind and enthusiastic. I met with two senior managers for about half an hour to forty-five minutes each. It wasn't the standard interview questions, ie. "what are your strengths? why do you want to work for us" but more conversational type. I was a bit nervous at first at how relaxed I was and that we were joking around, but I guess it must have worked since I got the offer.

Interview Details – First round was 1:1 with a campus recruiter at my college. The next round, called the "Inside Look" program, was a day long program at the office in which I was hired. There were two 30-minute interviews with managers/partners, a group exercise session, and a speed recruiting session. The speed recruiting session was much like speed dating in which candidates would get 5 minutes to talk to managers, partners, and current associates about their experiences and what to expect. All in all, it was a fun and positive experience.
