I had a phone chat with someone from the company. It wasn't difficult and she was very friendly, but I didn't get a second interview. I didn't have any experience in the field. She asked me about my background and some basic behavioral questions. She also asked about my career motivations and business knowledge. Nothing tricky.

Initial interview followed by phone conversation. This followed by 2 stage interview process of first round presentation then partner interview. Content of the presentation was dated and generic - not aligned to my sector knowledge and experience. The attitude of the presentation reviewer was to try to trip me up, and was confrontational. The partner interview lacked candour, and felt artificial.

The recruiter pitch the new role and see if it's of interest. The first interview was via a phone for a quick assessment of skill and interest of moving to their company. The 2nd interview is more technical / skill testing followed by a HR general questionning. Overall the whole session takes around 4 hours in total.

Questions raised according to the online personality test. Stick to the competencies mentioned in the invitition email. Each questions begins with 'according to the test result, you tend to be.....', so can you give an example of....
It's quite nice they give detailed feedback after the interview.

After submitting my online application, I got a phone call from the HR department. We agreed on an interview the next week. The interview mainly consisted of small talk, there was no such thing as a case study or elaborate questions on my professional background. I got the offer for an internship right after the interview.

There was a personality test on the application form, and from that test they decided which competencies to interview you on. They tell you these competencies in advance of the interview to allow you to prepare. The competencies are:
