I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at KPMG US in October 2013.
Interview Details – Online tests, interview
Interview Question – Most questions were pretty standard Answer Question
Negotiation Details – no negotiation
Audit Associate Interview (Neutral Experience; Average Interview)
The process took a day - interviewed at KPMG US in June 2010.
Interview Details – The interview is very much dependent on the person who interviews you. If the manager is hav very high expectation, then u have to be ready for all the questions asked. Furthermore, they expect you to know more thnigs then a normal person have. But if you screw up things, dont worry there is chances to be selected as they are nicer then how they seen. Those who are interviewed, u need to have your communication skills and alot of people does not know of this fact. communication is an answer for all.
Interview Question – What sort of experience you have gained through previous company and how would this help KPMG View Answer
Consulting Interview (Neutral Experience; Easy Interview)
I applied online and the process took 3 months - interviewed at KPMG US in March 2008.
Interview Details – Filling out Q&A about myself, written essays, meeting with HR and Senior Manager.
Reason for Declining – Taking too slow to respond and offer. Got another job.
Accountant Interview (Neutral Experience; Average Interview)
I applied through college or university and the process took a day - interviewed at KPMG US in January 2008.
Interview Details – It started with the skills test. Basically a MCQ on various skills such reading, mathematic, etc and followed by an essay question. All of these are done on a computer. It took about 30-45 to complete them all.
After that, a 1-1 interview with one of the senior partner of the firm. Asking the questions about my past, current & future.
