Interviewed Feb 2010 in Spokane, WA (took 2 days)
Interview on the phone was mostly technical; pretty detailed but also kind of a Shotgun approach....ie it cover every area you could possibly be exposed to; so no one knows everything.
The in person interview is the S.T.A.R. approach: Situation/Task, Action and Results; so they give you situations and or ask you for examples of situations from your background...and you respond with how you would / did handle the situation.

Negotiation Details
Not much negotation on salary....but it is pretty easy to negotiate every thing else.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
