Applied online for a Research Analyst position.
Was contacted shortly afterwards (about 2 weeks later) for scheduling a phone interview.
Communication was very clear, interviewer helped a lot with interview preparation guidelines.

My first round was on campus, It was a basic behavioural for 30 minutes and a 15 minute brainteaser. (how many cups of coffee does starbucks sell in a day? ) later i was invited to their office in Dc for a final round. This had a skills test, 4 case interviews and presentation of results.

The first half of my phone interview consisted of various behavioral questions - tell me about yourself/walk me through your resume, tell me about your last work experience, tell me about a time you worked with a team, etc. The second half consisted of an estimation/sizing question, as is typical for most consulting interviews. I was asked to estimate the market volume of Diet Cokes sold in the US each year.

I initially did a phone interview with one of the consultants. The interview was pretty standard and asked questions such as "what is your managing style", and "give me an example of a time when you were given a difficult task". Nothing too out of the ordinary. It ended with a short market sizing case study. Overall a good experience. The on-site consisted of 2 1:1 interviews and then one case study. The case study was challenging but the experience overall was very positive.

They called me and told me they wanted to do a phone interview that would be about my resume. I figured it was a behavioral interview so imagine my utter surprise/panic when the interviewer said he'd be doing a mini-case. It was a market-sizing question, which wasn't bad, but I wish I had known there would be one so I could've practiced. Anyways, the interview was typical - asked about why I was interested in the company and consulting. Asked me a question about DCF, which was kind of random. Also about what recent event in business I found interesting. They never got back to me at all though, which I personally think isn't very professional.

I referred by a friend that worked in the company. The first was a phone interview that was assessing your interest in the company and then a short business/logic market assessment question on Apple Products.
Superday was 6 interviews (3 cases, 3 FIT). Cases hit up the quantitative, qualitative and written side. The Fit interviews just were about resumes and why you like Kaiser (consultants, manager, and VP)

There was an on campus interview with two recruiters, they asked me a case interview question about how many passengers leave JFK airport on any given day, and asked other background questions. For the second round they flew me to DC and had a series of 5 or 6 hour long interviews with all sorts of different firm members, including two pretty strenuous case interviews.
In general, I liked everyone I interacted with.
